These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the zbaji platform ("zbaji", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "user"). By registering an account or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these Terms.

Registration Terms

• Each person may register only one account — creating multiple accounts under the same name, phone number, payment method, or device is strictly prohibited.

• It is your responsibility to keep your account password secure. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• Accounts are non-transferable — buying, selling, or gifting an account is strictly prohibited.

Account Verification (KYC)

KYC verification may be requested before your first withdrawal or at any time zbaji deems necessary. Required documents:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement — issued within the last 3 months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (where applicable)

Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete. This is to protect both you and us.

Deposit Rules

Odds & Results

• Zbaji reserves the right to change odds — the odds at the time the bet is placed are final.
• Event results are determined based on the relevant official sources.
• In the event of any dispute over results, zbaji's decision is final.

Cashout Rules

The cash-out feature is not available on all bets at all times — it depends on the event and zbaji's discretion. Once a cash-out offer is accepted, it is considered final.
